Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Panel Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about solar energy solutions, and closing sales to help homeowners and businesses reduce energy costs and promote sustainable energy. No prior solar experience is required — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
- Educate potential customers on solar panel systems, financing options, and energy savings
- Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to determine customer needs
- Prepare and present accurate sales proposals and contracts
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals
- Stay informed on solar technology trends, products, and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience preferred, but training will be provided for solar-specific knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Environment:
This position may involve a combination of office, remote, and on-site customer visits. Travel within the sales territory is required.
