Landscaper

Job Brief

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, enhancing property appearance, and ensuring landscapes are healthy, clean, and visually appealing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns
• Plant, trim, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds
• Install and maintain irrigation systems
• Remove weeds, debris, and litter from landscaped areas
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Apply pesticides and fertilizers in accordance with safety guidelines
• Perform seasonal clean-up tasks such as leaf removal and snow clearing
• Assist with landscape installation projects including sod, mulch, and hardscape features
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and landscape maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (if required for the position)

Work Environment:
This position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and may require early mornings, weekends, or overtime during peak seasons.
